Junior Broker, Marketing Director & soon to be Senior Partner of the firm, Alexis came from a Human Resources background and she comes with a solid 10+ years experience in Talent Management & Development.
She has an excellent track record of team building at the firm, bringing in over 300 new agents in the firm every year since 2021.
Alexis & her spouse runs a full organization of 40+ Licensed agents, just recently promoting another Marketing Director on her team. Her team alone is generating well over 200K revenue annually.
She has a passion for new associate promotions, advocating for the unemployed, and she loves spending time with her pets.
